My precious families:
This is one of the hardest letters I have ever written. Practicing medicine and serving each of you has been the most meaningful experience of my life. As such, it is extremely difficult to walk away. Nevertheless, I will be retiring from active practice effective December 31, 2025.
Your family should choose another pediatrician soon. If you do not have a name, I suggest contacting either the Dallas or Denton County Medical Society if you need help finding one.
Your medical records are confidential. Therefore, you will need to complete an authorization form to allow medical records to be sent to the pediatrician of your choice free of charge or use our Patient Portal to download your child's records directly.
You can access the Patient Portal or download a Medical Records Release Form by going to our website https://castlehillspediatrics.com.
You will need a username and password to access the Patient Portal if you do not already have one. To obtain a username and password please contact us directly.
Our phone (972/492-2222) and fax (972/492-4453) will be active through January 31, 2026. After that time, we may be reached at castlehillspeds@sbcglobal.net or Facebook messenger.

We treat minor lacerations, cyst excision/removal and other small surgical procedures.
