Castle Hills Pediatrics provides comprehensive care from birth to age 17. Our practice emphasizes preventive medicine and vaccinations, in addition to treating children for acute and chronic illnesses. We encourage our parents to take an active role in the health of their children and want them to feel comfortable discussing their child’s physical, emotional, and mental growth.
Castle Hills Pediatrics accepts most commercial insurance plans and serves children in Carrollton, Lewisville, Frisco, Plano, North Dallas, and other surrounding communities. Walk-in visits are welcome.
As part of our commitment to preventive health care, we provide support and guidance for new parents. We are able to see newborns at Texas Health Presbyterian Hospital of Plano.
Wellness exams are routine health evaluations your child should receive once a year to monitor their growth and development. As many conditions don’t often present symptoms until they progress, annual exams ensure your child is healthy and their body is functioning optimally.
When your child is slowed down by fever, illness or injury, we offer same-day sick appointments to get them feeling better as quickly as possible.
Vaccinations are an important part of preventive medicine that helps build up immunity against certain diseases that are considered highly contagious or life-threatening in young children and those with weakened immune systems.
Dr. Michelle Tucker chose to enter medicine as a second career, giving her a unique perspective and strength of character that drives her commitment to medicine and advocacy for the care of children. Dr. Tucker received her medical diploma from UT Southwestern Medical School and completed internship and residency at Children’s Medical Center of Dallas. Additionally, she is board certified by the American Board of Pediatrics.
